What Angered the Bar Association

Five years ago I attacked the Supreme Court during the forced evacuation of two Jewish families in the Chevron market. It was recorded. This is the sentence for which I was condemned by the Bar Association in Israel, which is considered a democratic state.

"The Supreme Court is a house of villains, it must be dissolved by law and force, and that's why I'm here along with all Jews: to express protest, rage, anger and curses against all those people who came here today.

"Instead of the government saving Sderot; shells are falling for seven years, the government abandoned the Jews, let their blood and sends the army, against two poor families in Chevron thereby continuing the work of the murderous pogromchiks of the 5689 riots. This is the Jewish market of 5689, they have a title deed.

"The court denied the rights of land, registered two centuries ago. The Supreme Court should have argued for them- the court is the father of orphans and judge of widows.

" But he said: They did not come and did not present any claims.

In the eyes of the court and the trustee the Jewish population is the enemy, against which there are special procedures. Instead of returning the property to its owners immediately after the Six Day War, the military government banned the Jews from returning to Chevron.
 

New legal reality

As we have recently again, in the case of the Machpela House in Chevron, the Supreme Court conspired with the enemy against the Jewish people. The Court, along with "Peace Now", ,invented a new "judicial" reality contrary to common perception of property law, and joined the PA death sentences and racist policy that does not allow to sell land to a Jew.

To the Supreme Court, the Jews are the foreign occupiers in Israel and they accuse them so for decades, at least since the release of the West Bank by Israel following the Six Day War. They actually accused them of occupation even earlier, during the military government period in the fifties, even though the situation is exactly the opposite.

According to the San Remo Treaty signed in 1922 and ratified in Article 80 of the United Nations Charter, all lands west of the Jordan are the inheritance of the Jewish people only, is land of the Jewish nation. All these legal arguments are backed by studies of international jurist Howard Griff and other legal experts who expressed their opinion on international legal issues - these territories are areas of land in the Jewish homeland since 1920, and constitute the Jewish National Home.

 

Alternative court

The court's conduct has set off a global anti-Semitic campaign against the Jewish people, even more serious than the anti-Semitic campaign waged in Europe before the Holocaust, thereby the Supreme Court brings upon us a new Holocaust expected to affect all Jews in Israel and abroad.

Therefore this court lacks any validity, is a confrontational and hostile court, and as some jurists have noted - terrorists serve in the High Court.

I once again call  for the establishment of a court recognized and agreed by all of Israel according to the Torah and according to the laws of the State of Israel and international law which do not contradict the Torah, and to establish alternative authority  to the Supreme Court, which does not represent the Jewish people but the perverse lust for assimilation and elimination of the Jewish people, a passion embodied in the title "state of all its citizens."
