Whether You Cede Land or Not, We are Here to Stay!

The leaders of the state think that ′even if there are hundreds of thousands of Jews in Yesha, it′s no problem.  We destroyed the Yamit settlements, we expelled the Gush Katif residents, and we will liquidate the settlement in Yesha. We will begin with the isolated settlements (in order to save the blocs), then the blocs (in order to save Yerushalayim), next will be Yerushalayim (in order to save Tel Aviv), and so forth.′

During the coming days the Prime Minister will be fulfilling his greatest aspiration.  He will be conducting direct talks with His Majesty Abu Mazen, Holocaust denier and murderer of the Maalot children, HY"D. That′s not all- he will be given the historical privilege to offer this terrorist Yehuda, Shomron, Binyomin and East Yerushalayim, on a bloody tray.

Hundreds of thousands of Jews live there at this time, but that is not a problem.  We destroyed the Yamit settlements, we expelled the Gush Katif residents, and we will liquidate the settlement in Yesha.  We will begin with the isolated settlements (in order to save the blocs), then the blocs (in order to save Yerushalayim), next will be Yerushalayim (in order to save Tel Aviv), and so forth.  In order to prevent this clear step, tens of organization heads, who together constitute the body called "Land Loyalists" convened, and began to set up the ′Federation of Communities in Yehuda and Shomron. The Federation will be chosen by the residents, and will outline ways to prevent the next expulsion.

On Erev Shabbos Kodesh, Parshas Ki Setze, they signed the founding document in Beitar Ilit.  The preface reads as follows: ′Throughout the generations, we were trained to respect the leadership and comply with its decisions. However, after the rude awakening following the expulsion from Gush Katif, and its bitter results to the expellees and the country, we are compelled, at this time, with much pain, to disagree with the government′s intentions.′

The document includes the following: ′It has been proven in the past that land cessions bring no peace, only murder, bereavement, orphanhood, destruction, and devastation. The fact remains that every land cession led to great breaches in the national security of Israel, in addition to emotional, spiritual, physical and financial damage that  was done to thousands of expellees and their families.  There is no forgiveness for these deeds.

′In accordance to Hashem′s promise manifested in the TaNaCh, that was given to the Forefathers of the nation and the people of Israel, the Jews have sovereign rights over the entire country, and the holy city of Yerushalayim in particular.  These rights are eternal, are not up for negotiation, and are independent of any government′s decision.

′In addition, by international law – the San Remo Resolution of 1920, and the Mandate on Eretz Yisroel that followed, and by virtue of the Jews being ′natives′ (the original settlers) in these parts of the land, if a certain territory should be abandoned by the government, the Jewish residents remain the possessors of the land, and they precede any other community or nation that pretends to politically identify with Eretz Yisroel.

"The Israeli government and the Knesset have no authority to act against resident citizens and carry out policies opposed to the rights of the Jewish people in Eretz Yisroel.  If such steps are taken, the government is considered as any foreign entity that fights against Jews and their communities in Eretz Yisroel.  Sancheriv, Nevuchadnetzer, Titus, Adrianus and Muhamed did this in the past…..

′Being that the settlers are determined to remain in their places come what may and at all costs, activating the security forces against them will cause catastrophical divisiveness and bring about unfathomable results…

′The expulsion from Gush Katif is a crime that will not be repeated, since, all government decisions notwithstanding, the Jewish citizens will resist any attempt to expel and abandon them, using all legitimate means.  They will remain in their settlements, expand and develop them, with the help of Jews abroad, and non –Jews who love G-d′s chosen people.

′In order to prepare for the future, the citizens and residents in Yehuda, Shomron, and Binyamin will classify their public and political identification according to the principles in this document….and in the name of Hashem we will act and be successful.′

Eretz Yisroel loyalists are planning to appeal to the nations of the world, including Arab leaders, and warn them not to fall for Netanyahu′s delusion that the government will succeed in expelling more Jews and empty out more settlements. ′We are staying put at all costs.  We will not have a rerun of those despicable pictures showing Jews being shoved up on busses by those banishers dressed in black′, the conferees summed up their decision.
