BIBI, You Must Decide 

Rabin, Sharona and Olmert chose the easy and glittery road, were petted by the media and by Uncle Sam, resulting in tragedies for the Jewish nation and themselves.  Now it′s Bibi′s chance to choose

This has been a difficult year for the Jewish nation.  The Netanyahu government decided on a total construction freeze in Yehuda and Shomron, after the Prime Minister′s announcement that he is ready to establish a Palestinian state.  The implications are obvious to all. This will bring devastation to the cities of Yehuda and Shomron, and missiles shot at the cities of the Sharon and Dan region. 

The construction freeze is scheduled to end on the 18^th of Tishrei, 5771.  It is unclear as to where Netanyahu is leading us, and it is apparent that he is undecided regarding the path he should take. This being the case, we decided to assist him. 

Seventeen years ago, Yitzchok Rabin decided to travel the Oslo Accords road that Shimon Peres and Yossi Beilin outlined.  These accords, shimmering ceremonies on the White House lawn notwithstanding, brought us rivers of blood, orphanhood and bereavement.  The terrorists were oblivious to Rabin′s promise of a new Middle East.  Yes, we remember Rabin, with his jeering and coarse voice, laughing at the Right that warned that missiles will be shot from Gaza on Ashkelon.  Today we all know too well the bitter ending point of that road, and the tragedy that Rabin underwent. 

Then came Sharon, who brought on the destruction of Gush Katif in order to save his own neck from prosecution.  The result is an Iranian state in the heart of the South.  Thousands of missiles were shot at Ashdod and Gedera.  Until this very day, the Jewish nation is traumatized by the expulsion from Gush Katif, and the nation is still reeling from the unfathomable crime of expulsion.  Instead of recovering, the trauma and pain grow daily. Today Sharon is not dead, yet not alive, and suspended somewhere between Heaven and earth. This, too, is part of the saga. 

The next chapter brings a corrupt Prime Minister looking forward to enjoying life, named Ehud Olmert.  He took over where Sharon left off.  He promised us the convergence in Yehuda and Shomron, and promised Abu – Mazen all Yesha and Yerushalayim.  By the sheer grace of G-d he was not successful in carrying out his evil plot.  His story ends with his disgraceful impeachment from the role of Prime Minister with indictments and money envelopes galore. 

Bibi, you can decide whether you go down in history with these ignoble Prime Ministers, who brought tragedy and disaster on the Jewish nation and on themselves, or be immortalized in the golden book of history for stopping short at the brink of the abyss, coming to your senses, and doing a 180 degree turnabout, thereby saving your nation from self-destruction. 

Yes, Bibi, the road is a difficult one. It doesn′t look good on prime time at Channel Two, nor does it become the splashy headlines of the Shokan, Mozes and Nimrodi family news pamphlets. You will certainly have a few unpleasant episodes with the United States.  You won′t to shake Machmoud Abbas′ hand on the White House lawn, and you won′t win the Nobel Peace Prize.
