It′s Official: The High Court Favors Arabs Over Jews
What was once theory has now been scientifically proven. A new report that investigated petitions from both sides of the political spectrum concerning illegal construction in Yehuda and Shomron during the years 2005-2009, proves that the High Court, and particularly its president Dorit Beinish, blatantly favor left wingers and Arabs.
This is true concerning the verdicts that are laid down in their favor, but also in spurring on the procedures in a significant and obvious fashion. The Regavim Movement prepared this report, dealing with the High Court′s treatment of petitions. This report was based on identical parameters, objectives, and gauges. The findings show that petitions of the leftists were related to in earnest and all due stringency, whereas identical petitions of those identified as rightists were treated with degradation, scorn and glibness. The report investigated 20 petitions that were submitted.
For example, the Ministry of Education built a school in Talmon on government property, with a proper certificate of registration and all old building permits in order. One of the leftist organizations petitioned against the construction. The High Court accepted the plea, and ruled that work desist immediately. An injunction was issued against the school′s operation.
On the other hand, currently an huge Arab school is being built in Khirbat al-Dvirat (sp.?)in the South Chevron Hills on government lands that Arabs invaded, without a certificate of registration and without building permits and authorization. The Regavim movement petitioned the High Court, but had zero results. No construction was halted, no injunction issued.
