A week ago, a small minority of media persons were upset by the throwing of boots at Justice Beinish, by a poor citizen who felt insulted and persecuted by her. "This is the end of democracy," screamed the headlines, and added that vandalism is a direct result of the unbridled attacks on the court′s policy makers and kowtowers.
As we know, everything in the world exists in two situations: macro and micro. Large and small. In this case we can say that throwing little shoes into the face of Supreme Court president, Dorit Beinish, is micro, dwarfed in the face of injustice and cruelty of throwing the boots of the High Court, headed by the Justice, in the face of Israel and its inhabitants.
The systematic and blatant discrimination between Beinish and her henchmen and the Jewish lovers of Israel and the Arab terrorists has caused a rise of terrorist actions and other accompanying tragedies. Want some examples? Here are some!
* The cruel Disengagement, with the encouragement and consent of Court, of tens of thousands of people from their homes, being flung into a life of wandering from place to place, continuing to this day. This in exchange for salvos of hundreds of Grad and Qassam rockets, and the endangering of all residents of the South, G-d forbid.
* Imprisoning protesters with a right-wing political opinion in prisons with sub – human conditions, while hundreds of murderers and terrorists with blood on their hands are being offered for release. For what? For an imaginary peace that produces
disaster.
* Preventing Jewish vehicle from traveling Arab routes for fear of Jews provoking Arabs. On the other hand, the opening of Highway 443 to Arab vehicles, that endangers the very existence of Jewish passengers that travel this road every day.
* Making sweeping demolition of Jewish buildings on land in the Land of Israel, while on the other hand turning a sweeping blind eye the enormous construction of tens times more Arab and the robbing of entire regions of Israel with their hands.
* Removing barriers in hostile centers, checkpoints that are supposed to supervise and support the wellbeing of the inhabitants living in areas close to them leading to situations where explosives are transported to the center of the country as a result.
* Encouraging Jewish organizations that hate their homeland and their Judaism, like the extreme left organization B′Tselem, compared with taking a hard stand against the right-wing protesters, including protesters who love Hashem, His country and His Torah.
All these led, ultimately, to the destruction of Israel and its inhabitants′ security and raised the level of terrorism in all respects, and the rise in the number of martyrs killed al Kiddush Hashem, may G-d avenge their blood.
Just as in the well known parable of the forest animals seeking the culprit that was responsible for all their trouble, so here too. Every time that the Supreme Court′s appetite and the media (in the parable-the wolf and the bear) is whet, it isn′t the destruction of democracy. But when this is an insignificant event by a wretched person (sheep), it becomes”destructive to democracy".
At this time we need great mental strength and unwavering belief in Hashem, that "And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy counsellors as at the beginning" will come to pass, the sooner the better, so that "thy destroyers and they that made thee waste shall go forth from thee" will not carry out their evil plans to give up the land to our enemies, Amen.
